Qwotio Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0 · Effective: 2026-10-01
These Terms govern the Business’s use of Qwotio and include the Data Processing Agreement identified below. English and Italian represent the same agreement; English prevails in the event of a discrepancy.
1. Parties and acceptance
Qwotio is provided by Flowstox Ltd, company number 15865029, 46 Nova Road, Croydon, England, CR0 2TL, United Kingdom. The customer is the Business identified in the legal details recorded with its acceptance.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that Business and accept these Terms, including the incorporated Data Processing Agreement, on its behalf. Acceptance applies to the identified Business, not automatically to other businesses associated with your account.
2. The service
Qwotio enables a Business to configure Quote Builders, publish customer quoting experiences and receive Quote Requests based on its products, questions and pricing configuration. Available features and usage limits depend on the Business’s current plan.
The Business is responsible for its offerings, prices, tax treatment, configuration and customer communications. A calculated estimate or a Quote Request does not by itself conclude a contract between Flowstox and the Business’s customer. Flowstox is not a party to the Business’s sale of its products or services.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Keep account information accurate, protect credentials and give access only to authorised users. Use Qwotio lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorised access, defeat access controls, distribute malicious software or interfere with the service.
The Business must have the rights and lawful basis necessary to provide its content and customer data, give customers appropriate privacy information and limit its collection to what is necessary. The sensitive-data restrictions in the incorporated DPA apply.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Business retains its rights in the content it provides. It permits Flowstox to host, process and display that content as necessary to provide Qwotio, subject to the DPA for personal data. Flowstox and its licensors retain their rights in Qwotio. These Terms do not transfer ownership of either party’s intellectual property.
5. Plans and charges
Any paid plan, price, billing period and additional commercial conditions must be disclosed and agreed when ordering that plan. Accepting these Terms alone does not order a paid subscription or authorise a payment. The applicable plan limits remain in effect.
6. Data Processing Agreement
The DPA version identified below, including Annexes A–C, is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes acceptance of that exact DPA version; no separate DPA acceptance is required. The Business’s recorded legal details identify the Controller.
For personal data processed on the Business’s behalf, the Business is the Controller and Flowstox is the Processor as described in the DPA. If these Terms conflict with the DPA on that processing, the DPA prevails. Qwotio’s Privacy Policy separately explains processing for which Flowstox acts as Controller; it is not a substitute for the DPA.
7. Availability and ending use
Access can be affected by maintenance, faults or measures needed to protect the service and its users. No specific uptime or recovery commitment is created by these Terms. Any separately agreed service commitment remains applicable.
The Business may stop using Qwotio. Any agreed subscription cancellation conditions still apply. Personal-data return, deletion, confidentiality and assistance following the end of processing are governed by the DPA. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Versions and records
The accepted Terms and incorporated DPA are recorded by version, together with the accepting representative, Business details and acceptance time. Publishing a replacement document does not rewrite earlier acceptances. When a new required version is issued, Qwotio requests a new acceptance before allowing the affected operations. Notices concerning sub-processors follow the DPA.
